Mustadi Kashaya Choornam cures
Swarasada (hoarseness of sound /blocked voice ),Throat irritation and pain , Rhinitis , Fever and Cough . It boosts immunity and keeps diseases at bay . It helps in eliminating excess trapped wind in the body (vata anulomana ) . It is an excellent antiseptic in the body . It is good for all sorts of viral infections .
Method of Preparation :
Boil 20 gms of Kashaya Choornam in 3 glasses of water and reduce it to half . Filter and take 60 ml boiled kashaya in a glass , add 1 tbsp of ginger juice and drink .
Those with any of the above said symptoms can take this kashaya 3 times daily 45 min before food .( Anybody can use this without any age limit . For children’s it can be given in lesser dose ).
Those without any symptoms can drink this as drinking water ( add this Choornam in lesser dosage to more litres of water boil , filter and use ) to improve their immunity
